My stay was ok! This hotel is very pricey for no reason. It’s not as luxury as I expected for the price. It was dusty, the room was small and it looked like any regular hotel. If you don’t have breakfast and dining with your room it’s $18 a person to eat. My experience wasn’t the best, but the staff was very nice.

Great staff , and great location

Took a red ey flight from CA. Arrived earlier than the usual check in time . The staff was gracious to accommodate me because there’s is availability . It never happened to me anywhere even with most VIP hotels . This location provide me that actual experience vs those listed as VIP where I am a gold member

Great! Staff very nice . The room was clean and nice! The pool area was really nice! Enjoyed our stay there!

Next door to mall

Hotel very modern and clean. I thought it sort of stunk to pay 8 bucks day yo park but that's the norm I guess. Breakfast is pretty bad. If was free continental breakfast then I'd say nothing but 38 bucks for continental breakfast for 2 people for lousy food was bit shocking. I assumed it was included with room. But wouldn't stop me from staying here again. Staff very friendly and attentive

They gave our room away!!

We arrived and checkied in. They told us the rooms weren’t ready yet but we would be the first ones checked in when they were. We said Thank You and left to go shopping. When we returned, they said they were all booked up and the only room left was a room with one bed but they could put two roll away beds In the room for my two children. I tried asking them what had happened because we had already checked in earlier and our room should not have been given away. Especially because we paid $300 a night to stay there. She just smiled and said it’s ok we can find you a room. I told her that that wasn’t right because a one bed room was not big enough for my family and she just kept talking about the roll away beds. We finally just agreed because we were so tired from driving for 6 hours to get there, then being out all day. By the time the roll away beds made it to the room it was 11 o’clock at night. You could hardly turn around because they took up every available space in the room. Very disappointed!!!

Girls shopping trip

Everything was so convenient to Easton shopping. Super easy to have an early check in! Indoor pool and lounge chairs were fabulous!

The view was amazing. The room was spotless and the staff was great! We loved the breakfast buffet and the comfortable lounge. We will stay there again!
