“The hotel is oozing of old world charm, but the location its clearly not what it was during its high day. Cathedral Square after dark can best be described as a ghetto and we took long de-tours to avoid the area, but the hotel is situated only 100 yards from the before mentioned square. Trying to smoke a cigarette outside was simply impossible due to the sometimes aggressive beggars that always floats around. A few details, such as not getting the room cleaned until 5.20pm, broken window locks...

“Excelente hotel para estancias cortas o largas con habitaciones espaciosas y cocina totalmente equipada. La plantilla fue muy serviable en todo momento. El desayuno es correcto, nada más ni menos pero muy apreciado. Mi única queja es el tiempo de espera a la hora del check-in (habia una sola persona para servir una cola larga de gente a las 3 de la tarde) y la dificultad de encontrar un taxi un domingo por la tarde, aunque se esforzaron y al final con éxito. ”

“they are very keen on heir money. pay before any service and than pay again. they tried to bill me twice several times. You have to check everything. we stayed 3 nights there. they sell the hotel with parking but there isn't. you have to walk 1/2 a mile to a public parking (expensive). it was raining for 3 days, they don't even offer umbrellas... it took 20 minutes to get checked in and 20 to check out. their admin sucks. our room wasn't very clean, house keeping came and didn't remove used...

"El personal es genial, muy amable y colaborador. El hotel aunque parece alejado esta bien comunicado y no esta tan lejos del centro, se necesita transporte pero no hay problema. No le doy mas estrellas porque realmente el sitio es de paso, es correcto y limpio, pero es viejito y causa mal efecto. Para pasar un par de noches no esta mal por el precio"

"The hotel is oozing of old world charm, but the location its clearly not what it was during its high day. Cathedral Square after dark can best be described as a ghetto and we took long de-tours to avoid the area, but the hotel is situated only 100 yards from the before mentioned square. Trying to smoke a cigarette outside was simply impossible due to the sometimes aggressive beggars that always floats around. A few details, such as not getting the room cleaned until 5.20pm, broken window locks which meant the windows couldn't be sealed and poor English from reception staff also drags down the overall score"
