The staff was very kind and helpful. It’s a very basic hotel no thrills if you’re looking for a hotel that’s affordable I would recommend staying here. It was very quiet.

The most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. And when I asked for more pillows, the staff told me they were out of pillows.

This is a budget property. No carpet and no bedside lamps. No toiletries in the bathroom. But the bed and bedding were very good. Excellent tv and wifi, and a big mini fridge. Overall good for a budget motel and I would be happy to stay here again. Laminate floor was in good condition and walls look recently painted. Nice front desk people. AC/heating worked well. Room had microwave. Room could use a second desk chair. Recommended.

Customer service was poor. Receptionist was very rude and disrespectful. Need to be train on how to communicate with customer. She can’t find my name in system refer to me as some one else , try to explain she told me she refused to listen.and laugh in my face. Hi Lavern, I do apologize for the confusion with your reservation. I was on the other end of the phone with the front desk agent as she worked quickly to resolve this issue and get you into your room right away, even though you were cursing and yelling at her. I noticed she did apologize to you for the confusion when she handed you the room keys, so you could go rest after a long day of travel. Our staff is working hard to train and always learning new ways to understand guests so they can have a great stay.

There were roaches in our room and they said the only way to move us was a picture. But don’t worry I got one but still that’s disgusting and disturbing. At least two big ones and a bunch of small ones.

The “front doors” to the rooms don’t open with key cards So you must use the sketchy back entrance for first floor rooms. The room itself is a dirty jail cell. Nothing was clean. Was afraid to touch anything. Smelled horrible of cigarettes. Hair in the beds that looked like pubes although the manager said was the maids as of that makes it much better. Hopefully can stay far away from this place for good. The guy at the check in was nice and pleasant.

20 dollar with tip each way to town for up to 4 people with theaters, top of the line Italian dining and a brewery among other restaurants. Well worth it to avoid possible run ins with the law or worse.

The shower wasn't ver clean. It took forever to get barely warm water. They did not clean our room while we were gone yesterday. But I do have to say that the guy that was on duty the night we checked in was very nice and helpfull.

The Hotel, together with Expedia Advertised the hotel as 3.5 miles away from JFK airport. After booking, I came to find out that the hotel was more then 40 miles away. I reached out to Expedia and they told me that the hotel refused to issue a refund. I feel like I was Cheated by both Expedia and the hotel.

The pool was nice looking, the rooms were clean but outdated. We areived on friday and the bathroom light was out and no blanket on the bed but to tired to care. Saturday called and asked for a blanket and was told to use the ac for heat and air and then that she had no had no key to the laundry room and they were booked with no extras. I explained it wasnt extra there isnt one in the room and she said she couldn't do anything about it. The following night, our last night, there appeared blankets on our beds. The breakfast was coffee, two cereals and one stale, and pancakes or toast. Thats all nothing fancy, expensive for the amenities but sufficient for a weekend festival. Beds old and uncomfy but shower pressure was great. Benches outside room for smoking.
