Property and staff were great. The only thing I had any sort of problem with was the bath tub was a bit dirty over all it was a great stay.

Kid slide not open. Smallest bathroom I have ever seen. Had to microwave your own breakfast. Adults in pool area did not follow rules kid in diapers did not were them in the pool and 20 people in the hot tube. Very disappointed with our stay. One family had 9people in one room.

We apologize for the slide being down for renovation. The building was built many years before bathrooms were made larger. We tried buffet style breakfast but too much food was wasted. We are unable to always keep track of more than 5 people to a room. We are very sorry about your experience.

Stayed in the premier suite. Bed comfy and in-room hot tub was nice, too. Furniture a little dated, but certainly not a deal-breaker. Great value for the price. Would stay again.

Great family pool
Great place to take your kids for a winter swim! We come Often and enjoy the lager play area, and great staff. We will keep choosing this for our winter swimming!

Disappointing
Pool slide was broken. That was the primary reason for selecting this hotel. Would have been nice to have that noted on their website. Hallways stunk of smoke. None of the streaming services worked. Breakfast was primarily frozen containers that needed to be microwaved. Bummer overall despite lovely staff.

I always enjoy my stay here
The rooms are always clean I like this place a lot I live in town but I go here every once in a while just to get my kids out they got really nice pools slides Continental breakfast is great One of the best hotels I stay at it's definitely worth the price

We went with our kids for the waterpark area and the side was only open from 5:30-9pm. No one told us at check in and it doesn’t show the hours on the website. Major disappointment for our kids :(

The room we received was not what was pictured when I made the reservation. Tiniest bathroom I have ever seen, Had to stand in the shower in order to open and close the door. Bed sheets were thin as rags, could see through them they’re so worn out. Website pictured a big hot free continental breakfast, completely inaccurate… There were cheap pre-packaged mini donuts I could get at a gas station, no fresh fruit, crappy cold cereal, and premade containers of cold “eggs” and sausage available for guests to microwave. Gross fake meat… No coffee available after asking staff to refill the pots twice. Pancake maker didn’t work, no waffles, we had better food at kwik trip. Breakfast was supposed to be until 11am. Hardly anything to eat at 8:30 and still no coffee at 10:30. Nice big pool, perfect if you have kids, however do not recommend if you’re looking for a quiet adult getaway. Very noisy, tons of kids running around at all hours, walls paper thin, doors slamming all night long, and people smoking right outside our room.

Overall, nice place. We had some friends from the area come visit & we were playing cards in the lobby. The evening person was very rude. Said the lobby was done at 10pm. We played cards & at 10pm, no notice, all went dark, including the TV. She was gone! That was it!

Our quiet hours are posted and signed for on the registration cards. We have to adhere to the rules to be fair to guests trying to sleep during those hours. We are sorry if that was an a problem for you. You were told nicely at nine o'clock about this and seemed fine with the it then. Thank you.

Looked forward to sitting in the hot tub at night. Went in and lasted not even 5 minutes because it was so chilly. I had goosebumps the entire time and also someone's very young child kept turning on and off the jets while it was full of people.
