First room, air conditioner not working and a box fan was sitting on it and turned on. Toilet wouldn't stop running and tv didn't work. Made change rooms again the next day due to "scheduling " problems. I will never stay here again

Only thing we would have liked was waffles for breakfast. Otherwise great! POOL GREAT! Everyone very nice.

Very dated. Carpets need replacing. Grounds & walkways need attention.

Need to invest in new mattress and pillows . Comfort counts.!

Smelled, rundown, not appealing in any way. Just didn't feel comfortable. Only plus was that it was near the University.

Caution! Read all hotel policies for this location! We reserved two room for two nights. The issue was the second night. We informed the hotel night staff on Friday night that the second party will need the room Saturday and that they will be checking in late. Our last game time was 8:50, so we told him that they still needed the room. After our last game of the night, the second party went to check into her room. They gave away her room!!! Claiming that they tried to call us! Guess what?! It’s the age of technology and no missed calls on my phone, then they tried to say they called our room?! Guess what?! We were not there and there was no red blinking light indicating there was a message. Then they proceeded to say my phone number was incomplete! Bull faced lie! I had to give it for the reservation. Then they gave it to a smoker that smoked out on his belcony causing us and kids to not be able to sit and enjoy our balcony and we had to shut the patio doors as it was coming into our room. So, forget about the signs that said no smoking in rooms or the pool area! The cigarette butts in the outside courtyard and pool area was disgusting. My kids had to unstick butts from the bottom of their feet while walking around the pool! Breakfast was something to be desired. Couldn’t toast our toast all the way because the circuit breaker kept tripping! Thank God for Caribou coffee and Bagels next door for a decent cup of coffee and a toasted bagel! Overall experience was the worst!

Thank you for your feedback, We're sorry about your experience at our hotel. Unfortunately those reservations that aren't guarenteed by credit cards are canceled at 8pm of the arrival date if they aren't already here, those cancellations are then up for the public to book again. As for the pool area I will make sure Maintenance and Housekeeping are made aware and do more clean up outside.

Pleasant stay, comfortable relaxing and very welcoming. The bar was a great place to spend a couple hours and enjoy some fun.

Toilet didn't flush on arrival, air conditioning didn't work so they had to get us two fans to use, stained bed spreads.
