The pool was under construction & it was not listed on their website. When asked staff they responded that it was on the website but couldn't show us where & then deferred us to management. The next person deferred us to someone else & so on.....
We didn’t get refunded for issues that arose during our stay and were not refunded when we had to check out earlier than we planned due to 2 deaths in our family while traveling here from Louisiana which is why we needed to check out earlier! Disappointing that people have to go thru such a traumatic issue & pay for a room that we weren’t able to stay in & enjoy because of hotel system semantic. Management should be ashamed when such things happen tragically with people in there care and management & staff are not accommodating or empathetic enough to do the right thing for the guest to be satisfied. We are very dissatisfied with management & the service rendered as guest of this particular establishment!!!!

Wish I would have known the pool and hot tub were down.
It was one reason I chose the hotel.
Otherwise, it was good.
Beds and pillows were comfortable.
Breakfast was good.
SCAM ARTISTS!!!!! They kept asking for cash for having more than 2 people in a room. Then if we go swimming they ask for cash too. Got a pet, give them cash. They got some shady stuff going on over there. & the cleanliness was one of the worst i have seen ever. Water stains on the walls & our bed literally had wet spots from God knows what. Ended up leaving after an hour & lost our money. DONT GO HERE!!!!
The shower didn’t work in our room and staff was terrible about accommodation. Could not even stay there without the shower and they would not give us a different room
So many maintenance issues- cracked loose tiles, loose doors and door fixtures, pool maintenance, moldy wood, door to bathroom wouldn’t close, screens falling off. Needs attention. I know you get what you pay for but if you have a name like quality inn, basic maintenance items should be done regularly
The front desk workers were disrespectful and actually threatened children in the pool over there towels

I immediately tried to cancel the reservation because it was accidentally booked in Menomonee, WI instead of Menomonee, MI. I called the property per the instructions on the Expedia booking and the "gentleman" at the desk of the property hung up on me several times after telling me Expedia had to cancel the booking.
The facilities needs a dire upgrade. Many places were very dirty! My shoes stuck to the carpet in our room. There were holes in both our bedsheets and our towels. I guess you get what you pay for. The staff was extremely polite and very nice.
Friendly management who really cared about living up to my expectations!

Aging hotel. Bathroom door in our room rubbed on the toilet each time you open/closed it, then you had to slam it to shut in the door frame. Interior chain lock on door was broken. Elevator very slow. Booked room for 4 but only 3 towels. Breakfast was nothing to write home about, but they were always refreshing it. Staff was friendly.
Made up their own hours to use pool and hot tub. Sign stated it opened at 9am and was going to go swimming before checking out and was told on Sundays it doesn't open until 11am very disappointing especially for my grandson who immediately cried because he was looking forward to be able to swim!!
We stay here regularly on business. Service is always great and rooms are clean. Conveniently located.

The hotel was just ok. I felt like it needed some work. My room seemed like the floor was wet..could have been from the air conditioning. The bathroom shower head wouldn’t move so it sprayed everywhere so that’s prob why the floor was so bad maybe had been waterlogged a ton of times. Also my blow dryer didn’t work. Nothing terrible but just a few suggestions.
The facility as a whole was fine but the interaction with the staff left much to be desired. This was a late night arrival after spending all day traveling. Would have been nice to have friendly staff when we arrived.
We had a one-night stay at this Quality Inn and found it to be less than we expected. The common areas and our room needed new carpet, painted and TV replaced (it didn't work nor did the one in the room our son-in-law stayed in. At the continental breakfast my husband had orange juice in a paper cup that had a lipstick smudge on it! Needless to say he immediately stopped drinking it.
The hotel staff was very rude and snooty about certain things. They blamed our problem on booking through a third party and not straight from them. Later that night I went down and asked for a razor because I forgot mine and the guy at the front desk was annoyed I asked for one. When I got back to the room I looked at the razor and it WAS ALREADY USED. It was filled with hair. The rooms are not sound proof like it states. You could hear everything in the room next to us and the room above us.
I never do surveys but felt I had to do this one.
I booked and paid hotels.com for a king size room. At check in I was given a room with two double beds. Went downstairs to get the room I paid for. The guy at the desk was very rude right off and told me to call who i booked the room with. I stepped aside and called wile on hold the guy started yelling at me to stop making trouble. Then hotels called and he started yelling at them, hung up on them. He finally gave me the king size room on the 1st floor knowing I wanted the 2nd floor and acted like he was doing me a favor.
3rd floor is closed. Place is rundown, breakfast was not at all good. Eggs looked like powdered eggs, sausage was ok, OJ was the only thing that I could say was good. I will never stay here again.
If you go to exit 41 (one exit west 4 miles) there are much nicer hotels for the same price or less than $10.00 a night more.
Room had a weird odor, and nothing had been dusted. Coffee maker did not work. Bathroom door would not close, and toilet moved around. Furniture in room needs updating as well.

8 out of 10 for clean rooms - a few critters in the room - hallways were overheated but rooms had adequate AC - will not want to stay again but most likely will have to use this hotel again
Needs painting, shower fixture doesn't adjust, toilet continues to drip. Check-in process was very slow. Had already prepaid. Very noisy in the room hearing people's footsteps and loud sound of running shower or bathtub water over our television sound.
