The customer service is really on point: great communications via e-mail and warm welcoming at the front desk. I was greeted by the F&B manager and presented with the menu option in a professional way.
The hotel and rooms were beautifully decorated and perfectly clean.
While there was a strange sound coming from the air conditionning system, a technician came within minutes and fixed this.
The services at the restaurant was very good. My only remarks is that for a 4-star, the food was not bad, but it was not memorable. I did order some fish & chips, and a beef burger at the Backstage Lounge for dinner. It was average overall. I did have some other options too, at the 2 other restaurants at the hotel. Breakfast service was 5 star. Breakfast content was Average. No buffet.
If you want to have great business services, in a perfectly situated business location, this is the place. If you are looking for gatronomy, you might consider some other options.
