Die Terrasse (ca. 3x5m) ist auch ausreichend groß für den Tisch mit 3 bequemen Flechtsesseln + Strandkorb, aber keine Abgrenzung zu Nebenterrasse. Die Ausstattung ist überwiegend in gutem Zustand, da teils schön erneuert (Sofa, Esstisch, Bettgestell), einige Teile sind vermutlich noch auf der Liste (Duschdichtungen, Backofen, Toaster, Matratzen gut aber seitlich abgesackt).
