Unfenced garden bordered by a hiking trail near the campsite (free access) with a 5,000 m² fishing and swimming pond (with a rowboat), equipped games, climbing frame, slide, sandpit, and table tennis. Wi-Fi available at the campsite reception, 50 meters away. Communal laundry facilities, 30 meters away, from April to the end of October. Fitness trail in the national forest, 1.5 km away. Mountain bike rental and reception rooms available on site. CYCLE AND HORSE RIDING LABEL. Ecouves Animal Park, 6 km away. Supplement for 4 people on weekends: €22.50 (free on weekdays). Only 1 pet allowed. Housekeeping required for business guests. Overlooking a magnificent panorama of the Ecouves national forest, this caravan enjoys an ideal location at the crossroads of hiking trails (GR22, Chemin de Saint Michel, GR36, and Véloscénie) and a few kilometers from Alençon. You can enjoy the leisure facilities of the nearby campsite and the mountain biking and nature outings organized by the owners every week during the season. Garden furniture, BBQ, outdoor games, Terrace, Garden, Pets allowed, Microwave, Television, Freezer, Individual house, Ping-pong, Heating included, Sheets included. Option to be paid on site: CLEANING CHARGE: €25. Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental.
