Very comfortable, staff were very very friendly and helpful.
Fabulous location & decent sized room. Watch out for private functions. We were on top of a 30th party. so was not a peaceful place to stay.
It is traditional property in a lovely riverside location. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Not much in the way of amenities. Room was not ready until late in the afternoon and the bar / restaurant was not open. Not what I expect for the premium price which was charged. It was just ok, nothing ...
The room was great. I don’t like showers above a bath, but that’s me!
Great location very clean rooms comfy beds service really good staff real helpful
A great place for a short stay in Inverness in a traditional guest house.
The hotel was close to town, clean, quiet and met all my requirements.
Hotel and staff were great. The street noise from the nearby bars means it is impossible to sleep until 2am when the streets empty. Do not stay on a Saturday night if you intend on getting a good nights sleep.
This hotel is probably the best in Inverness and does not cost a 'bomb'. I've been using the, in one form or another, for 40 years and their standard has remained constant.
