No breakfast. Over priced for what you get

Expedia states there's a continental breakfast. There is not. it is granola bars and coffee tea or coco. No fruit. No juice or milk. No yogurt. Front desk clerks not prominent st desk. No bell to ring for service. Hidden in back. Our room door wouldn't open. Had to move rooms. No conditioner in shower. Loud refrigerator Rooms were spacious and clean. Overpriced for what you get but would stay again because was clean and allowed my dog.

Not impressed.

Pros: It was close to the freeway.

We stayed here for one day on a brief trip up to MN for a friend's engagement party. Thank goodness it was only one night. We checked in and the staff at the front desk was friendly enough. However, we were put into a smoking room when we had asked for non-smoking. The halls and room reeked of cig smoke. The comforter had a hole in it from where someone had dropped a cig. The pillows had no pillow cases and had stains all over them and we had to sleep with towels wrapped around the pillows instead. The blankets smelled like they had not been washed and were also very scratchy.

Loud all night

Loud! Loud at 8pm,9pm, 10pm. Woke at 1,2, and 4 to loud people in the hallway! TV has 20 channels of low definition quality programming.

Price was misquoted. Ended up paying much more than I was quoted. Staff was very rude at check in and check out. Very noisy throughout the night as well.

Don't stay at Extended Stay America

Cons: Stay somewhere else.
First ESA hotel that had my Expedia reservation was full, so they sent me to another one (for more money, of course). No one was at the front desk to check me in for 20 minutes after arriving. The room had water damage and a dehumidifier running all night. The bed sheets and towels were dirty (hairs on the sheets and stains? on the towels).

My reservation was not available

Terrible experience. Arrived at 10pm. No room was available even though we had reservations. Still have no refund from Expedia. Both the receptionist and Expedia were blaming each other. Hotel said it had rooms under renovation and Expedia hadn't asked them before making the room available. As all the blaming was going on by phone, I made other reservations at a nearby hotel. Expedia tried to say I couldn't get my money back. Even the lobby had a heavy smoke smell. Don't stay here!

There lot of ants in room 104 kitchen. I asked the stuff to check it out she said she only one working. She cannot do it. Bad service The people about us very noisy August 4 to August 7 we stay.

Disappointing

Pros: It was cheap.
Cons: Cleanliness and maintenance of room
Location: Very well situated near highways and shopping. Too near another extended stay. Confusing.
Breakfast was coffee, mix your own oatmeal and granola bars. Room has not been dusted. Poor tv reception. Check in clerk was helpful. Room needed numerous repairs.
