There should be signs in the room that shows how to access the WIFI! We had to dig into the TV menu to fix that out! It can be frustrating for some people!

Please instruct your stafff to show a picture of the parking garage where Residence Inn patrons are allowed to park for free. There are multiple parking lots in the area . The staff at the front desk had given high level instructions but it did not help. We ended up parking in the wrong garage.
