Great location and huge rooms

We stayed for four nights in September. We had a room on the top floor. It was very large with a sofa etc. The bed was quite firm, which was good. The bathroom was also huge, with big bath as well as walk-in shower plus two sinks! We opened the windows as much as we could but a perspex panel, presumably placed for safety, prevented air from circulating and the room did become overly warm at times. If the top of the windows could be opened that would help a lot.
The breakfast is continental style, no cooked foods apart from hard boiled eggs. Some people might be disappointed with this, but we quite liked it as it left room for a nice brunch or lunch in one of the city's many great eateries. The coffee at breakfast was fine and you can have as much cereal, toast, pasties, fruit, ham, cheese, eggs as you like.
The staff were all very nice, friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is great for reaching all the sights and shops. It's easy to hop on a bus or tram or hail a taxi if you don't want to walk.
I would consider staying at the hotel again in the future but would ask for a room with windows that can be opened more fully.
