Ein Zimmer in guter Lage.

Pros: Die Größe des Zimmers.
Cons: Ein größeres Waschbecken, WC .
Location: Haymarket ist gleich um die Ecke. Ebenso Bushaltestellen .
Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und haben das nötigste für zwei Personen. Allerdings sollte man nicht zu groß sein, sonst könnte es im WC eng werden. Der Check In für das Zimmer ist nicht Vorort. Ein nettes kleines Frühstückslädchen ist gleich daneben, mit leckeren Sachen und sehr guten Kaffee.

Good place to feel at home for an extended stay

The downsides were that the dryer function on the clothes washer-"dryer" never worked; and that the wifi was terribly unreliable the whole time. But the staff was usually responsive to these and other issues. And it felt a lot more like home to stay in this apartment than in some tiny hotel room. And even having only a washer part of the washer-dryer was a plus.

Great location, fully equipped apartment

Great place to stay. Fully equipped kitchen and supermarkets near by. Fun to cook local food on your own! Very central location. Easy to walk around in the city. Top value for money.

VI var to kolleger på hver vores værelse, og vi måtte begge skifte værelse pga mangler som: ingen varmt vand, ingen varme i radiatorer, ubrugelig køkkenvask, ubrugelig opvaske- og vaskemaskine. Dertil kom at ventilator på badeværelse var i stykker og larmede. Ustabilt internet. En dør gik i baglås og måtte sparkes op. Receptionen ligger 7 min. gang fra værelserne, og det er langt med tunge kufferter.

Never Again!!!

Booked this for my daughter and was a disaster from arrival! I paid for this in advance through Hotels.com, when my daughter and friends arrived they couldn't book in because it was paid for with my card despite me giving my card to my daughter just incase! When eventually persuaded that she was my daughter they took another £130 of her own card as a deposit and parking charge. None of which was mentioned on booking. I then had to shift money into my daughters account so she had enough money for the birthday party she was attending! Raging is not the word!! They were then put in a basement room with no wifi and damp coming through the walls!

As you booked through hotels.com, the small print for our Morrison apartments states “The name on the credit card used at check-in to pay for incidentals must be the primary name on the guestroom reservation.”, "Credit card deposit required" and “Self parking costs GBP 10 per night”. Further, all our apartments benefit from WiFi. If your daughter encountered any problems, reception would have been more than happy to help with any connectivity and log-in issues. Also, please be assured we do not have any damp problems in our apartments. Best wishes

Nice apartment with great transport links

Pros: Kitchen and laundry facilities as well as the location.
Cons: A few basic toiletries could've been provided, eg soap in bathroom, shampoo etc
Location: A stones throw from Haymarket station so its easy to get out of Edinburgh. 5 minute walk from Lothian Road and 10 minutes from Princes St
Having lived in Edinburgh it was great to stay somewhere I was able to come and go as I please as well as being able to cook own meals and use the washing machine so could feel at home straight away. There were a few problems with the boiler but the maintenance staff solved this for us within 20 minutes of us calling which was impressive.

Non e' un hotel ma un appartementino sui 40Mq

Pros: La semplicita' e la sensazione di stare in una tua casa. La possibilita' di utilizzare tutto quanto usi normalmente. Gli spazi adeguati e accoglienti.
Cons: Non so se e' fattibile ma un ascensore potrebbe essere di aiuto. A tale scopo ho suggerito di evidenziarlo in fase di prenotazione.
Location: La posizione e' abbastanza centrale , i servizi li ho trovati efficenti e puntuali , ho visistato il castello alcune cittadine vicine.
Considerando che la nostra preferenza nel fare periodi di ferie e' quella di avere la massima indipendenza, la soluzione dell' appartamento era proprio cio' che cercavamo. Non possiamo definirlo lussuoso ma non era certo una qualita' prioritari. Lo abbiamo trovato accogliente, caldo e funzionale. La pulizia giornaliera ci ha soddisfatto. Come ho avuto modo di scrivere sulla scheda dell' hotel , manca di ascensore, per il resto non abbiamo avuto modo per lamentarci di nulla.

Great base to explore the city from

Pros: Location, facilities within the room, homely feel. Just a generally functional and usable hotel room.
Cons: Either provide toiletries, or don't tell us that you provide toiletries. Provide a maid service, or don't advertise a maid service.
Location: Fantastic Indian restaurant down the road, aside from being just a half hour walk from pretty much anywhere you'd like to visit in Edinburgh.
Good location, very helpful staff, I would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to explore Edinburgh on foot. The only minor inconvenience was that there were no toiletries provided, and that the daily maid service didn't seem to do anything at all except fold the end of the toilet roll into a triangle? Other than that, it's so handy to have a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, et cetera, because it saves so much money in an expensive city such as Edinburgh, and I can honestly say I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
