Comfortable roomy and walkable to the city centre.

Posted Oct 2, 2015
Pros: Size of room, breakfast.
Cons: Wifi. Perhaps some updates to the decor.
Location: A few minutes walk to Haymarket station, buses and tram. Several restaurants & stores in the immediate vicinity and many more a 10-15 minute walk.
This was an excellent location to Haymarket Station which is where I arrived & departed. The guest house decor is a bit dated but I had a large room and washroom facilities were good. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice between hot & cold options. Proprietor was pleasant. Offered to make a sandwich & juice available early one morning I when I went on a day trip. Some frustration with the wifi turned off during the day but would be turned back on upon request. Faster and more comfortable to take the tram or bus but location was certainly walkable to the sites and shopping. Se real restaurants and stores nearby.

Pros: 駅から近い
Cons:

unique personalised hotel

Pros: Beds were comfy. Rooms were spacious.
Cons: greeting on arrival
Location: lots - all Edinburgh sights and some great restaurants and bars.
really a B&B but with lovely décor and comfy beds. Very good location for the sights of Edinburgh. Much better than the chain hotels in the same area.

It was a nice hotel and close to haymarket station

Posted Sep 15, 2015
Pros: particularly hotel staff were really very warm, caring in nature and affectionate.
Cons: I had difficulty in finding the actual address of the hotel and found after 1hr. so please mention address of the hotel in detail.
Location: Also the area near the hotel is a market place. So generally there were so many shops, tourist places and restaurants serving food of many countries.
It was a wonderful experience of staying into these hotel

Pessimo albergo in mediocre città

Posted Sep 1, 2015
Pros: Niente.
Cons: Tutto.

Lovely place

Pros: Quiet and very comfortable. Much like staying in someone's home.
Location: Very close to the Haymarket Tram station. Close to many shops and within walking distance of downtown.
The owner/manager is very sweet, she will do whatever she can to make your stay enjoyable. There are less than 10 rooms so you get personal attention and service.

Short stay in Edinburgh

Staying at the Grosvenor Gardens Guesthouse was a pleasure from the moment you walk in. The accommodation is set in a terraced house near haymarket station and very close to the airport link bus. The accommodation is grand, the rooms a decent size with a comfortable bed. The Grosvenor rooms also have enough room for a coffee table and chair to relax in and modern stylish bathroom. The really unique factor is the breakfast dinning room where you get to sit and meet other guests. Close to all of Edinburgh attractions and restaurant, I would highly recommend this place for its professionalism and friendliness.
