Welcome to our home! Bright and furnished with comfort in mind, you'll find the flat is fully-equipped with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. The living area, located just by the patio doors is filled with sunlight. Here, you can relax and enjoy some freeview TV while kicking back on either of the 2 comfortable sofas after a long busy day. The space also has a dining area, where you'll find enough seats for a party of 4. Just through the patio doors, you'll find a shared green space. Relax outside on the private decking where you'll find two comfortable chairs outside and a table with overlook the well-kept landscaped gardens - perfect for a coffee whilst catching up on the morning news or to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. The kitchen, accessible from the living room is fully equipped with glassware, crockery, and all the cooking equipment you'll need to whip up a fresh meal. A washer-dryer, kettle, toaster, and a dishwasher can also be found here. Bedrooms one and two each contain a double bed with storage available including hanging space. Each bed is fitted with hotel-quality linens to ensure your comfort. The bathroom is modern and bright and contains a great walk-in shower. Fresh towels and free toiletries are also provided for your convenience. Your health is our priority. Our home follows an enhanced cleaning protocol, with a professional cleaning and strategic disinfection. Have a pleasant stay! Guests will have access to the entire home! My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team who work hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. EDINBURGH AIRPORT: From Edinburgh Airport travel on the 35 Lothian bus, this bus runs right past to entrance to the road of the flat. TRAIN: The nearest railway station is Edinburgh Haymarket. From the station take a Lothian Buses number 44. BUSES: Lothian Buses is the main bus operator here in Edinburgh. They offer a great free app that provides route maps, fare information and live bus times. It is a great tool for getting around the city. This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You will need to pick up keys from a lockbox within the vicinity of the building. You can check-in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (15:00 on the day). If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. Also, note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) The flat is on the ground floor, there is free parking available in the development. The automatic de-humidifier/extractor fan in the bathroom isn't working at the moment, so please remember to turn on the switch after each shower to make sure the bathroom doesn't stay too wet and steamy. You'll find this switch just by the bathroom door just slightly above head level. NOTE: There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum.Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
