The Old Town Chambers would rate a 5 plus if it had air conditioning, or at least made that fact known. I understand why they don't, but Scotland had a heat wave during our visit. The mgt. to their credit supplied fans when we asked why are room was so stuffy. Otherwise amazing location, kitchen ...
Located right in old town within walking distance of Edinburgh Castle, Royal Mike, shopping and lots of dining. Very attentive staff, helpful and friendly. Food was excellent and room was very spacious, clean and beds comfortable. We used both gym and pool and enjoyed them. A bit pricey but a great ...

A little walk from the Royal mile, but again, not far and you are closer to the mall and get to see more than just tourists. Very clean and we were upgraded ...

Made to feel extremely welcome upon arrival, with solid, honest tips for places to dine out for the evening and sample some whisky! Everything was arranged, from taxi to table reservation and the advice lead to a lovely evening ...
