Great location, excellent accommodations!

Right in the heart of the Royal Mile! Rooms are luxurious and spacious. Service was good and the breakfast buffet had a lot of variety.

Pros: Facilities and location
Cons: Nothing really - breakfast room was a little warm.
Location: All Edinburgh main attractions
Overall very good hotel stay. Concierge service was terrific.

Pros: Large comfortable suites.Great location.Clean.
Cons: Cannot think of anything .
Location: Most attractions are within walking distance.
Close to everything.Huge suites.Reasonably priced.

Ticks all the boxes

Great and friendly staff. Rooms were pristine condition, large and comfortable with a great shower. Fantastic and varied breakfast buffet. Spa was lovely and good quality massage. Only thing I would say is that they play teenage garage music through the spa at 10 am, you expect some relaxing music without adverts. When I finally found someone to ask to change it she made out like it was a very strange request and really difficult to change from "Kisstory", but eventually changed it. Should think about their customers and think about what they'd like to listen to to relax.

A great place to stay, minutes from the train and ideally located in the city centre. A quick check in and a lovely room. Can't find anything to complain about.

Nice hotel but front desk staff could be better

We had arrived early at the hotel and dropped off our bags to be held til we could check in. Came back a few hrs later, room was ready. We had to go to the back and get our bags out ourselves and when we inquired about the breakfast buffet that was clearly indicated on my printed confirmation that it was included. The front desk girl said it wasn't included and called reservations and they too didn't honour it. After she blames Expedia for giving us the breakfast when they weren't suppose to and then offering us the option to purchase the breakfast or upgrading our room in order to get the breakfast just irritated me even more.

Nearly awfully good.

Pros: Central location - but wonderfully quiet due to triple glazing. 'On site' parking is a real plus.
Cons: Breakfast (not included in your room price). Generally good but the scrambled egg is poor. They need to do smaller batches..
Location: Central to the historic centre of the city so there are many areas of interest right on your doorstep.
Wonderful central location and having the 'on site' parking is a real plus (albeit you've got to pay for it). Room standard very good. Wonderfully quiet (triple glazing) with excellent standard of lighting too. Only detracting feature was at breakfast (not included in your room cost). Produce generally good but the standard of the scrambled egg wouldn't have passed muster in an industrial canteen. They really need to do smaller batches to stop it going solid. We were on a 1 night stopover so didn't know to avoid it but on a longer stay you could simply order your preferred choice on being shown to your table.

perfect hotel

simply perfect hotel in everything and the location is amazing. the only thing I regret is that me and my fiance only spent two days and not more. really recommend others and I'll definitely will come again to stay in the same hotel.

Lovely hotel right in the middle

Excellent reception staff. Nice room & Very comfortable beds. A bit difficult to drop off & pick up luggage from a car but reception staff were very helpful.
