Nice hotel close to everything

Room was clean and spacious. Wish pool had a hot tub but the pool area was nice. Lots of room and dry towels

Everything you need

I would definitely recommend. It had everything we needed and it was very affordable. Big bathroom and large room with refrigerator and microwave. There were 5 of us in the room and we were able to fit coolers, luggage, plus a twin air bed. There was a coffee bar in the little dining area and a nice little continental breakfast available. Didn't use the pool or exercise area but it was clean. I would stay again.

Pros: Good breakfast
Tried to give us a smaller room that we prepaid for and then said they wouldn't have that room available. Hotel and room did not smell good. TVs in workout room didn't work and neither did the air conditioning, which made the room stink. Pool area extremely slippery.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The toilet chain in the tank fell off the lever. They offered to change my room but I couldn't be bothered. All else was fine

Dirty, dirty, dirty!

My kids took their shoes and socks off to get settled in before bed. 30 minutes later, their feet were black. I was so disgusted and disappointed. I was told by the front desk that customers come through with their shoes on and their was nothing they could do about it. How about cleaning the carpets if you know they are terribly dirty from customers wearing their shoes? I emailed the Hotel Manager directly eight days ago, but have not receive a response.

Very Pleasant Overnight Stay

Location: Lots of restaurants and service businesses nearby in Edmond. Friendly town away from the bustle of Oklahoma City.
Staff were friendly and very helpful with directions to local businesses. The room was pretty consistent with all Hampton Inns. Clean and comfortable. The breakfast was predictably good, with one exception. It seems that Hampton Inns have chosen another brand of waffle batter for their Belgian Waffle maker. They used to utilize the Golden Malted brand which makes an excellent waffle. The off-brand they now have is pretty bad. The waffle has no taste and is very pasty in texture, even when cooked a few seconds longer. Go back to Golden Malted.
