Great location

We only stayed overnight for a concert at Rogers Place, but will be returning to hopefully spend some time in Edmonton. Centrally located and close to great restaurants! Staff were very kind/friendly, room was clean & quiet!

Location was convenient and within walking distance to Rogers Place. The elevators and rooms are quite dated but not bad for a one night stay.

Choose another hotel!!

Hotel staff are not trained properly in what is included in packages purchased. Upgraded to the concierge level was a total joke and waste of money - you were offered either red wine or beer to drink (no white wine no choice of beer no coolers) and a cheese plate with dried out cheese and shrimp that had been sitting in room temperature for who knows how long!! Pillows were rock hard and lumpy. Sheets were ripped and torn in places. Carpets were Stained. Front desk advised we were to get a free buffet breakfast (Incl in the concierge level) which was gross only to arrive home and find out we got charged $45 for it. Great proximity to the Rogers Place but would not recommend to anyone much better places for less money!!

Good location

Pros: The location is very good for any downtown attractions.
Cons: Change out the chairs in the lounge and restaurant.
Very friendly staff. Booked a room with 2 twin beds through Expedia but was told at the front desk that the booking was for a single king size bed. Front desk lady was very good at trying to rectify the situation. The lounge and restaurant for breakfast had pretty decent food but the chairs they are using need to be replaced! Very uncomfortable.

Good Location, Skip the Breakfast

Our experience at the hotel was great except for the breakfast. Lovely front end staff. Comfortable rooms and beds. In the morning we arrived downstairs to what seemed like what most hotels have as a complimentary breakfast buffet, a few hot plates and a small salad bar area. Most of the items needed to be restocked including the condiments. There was no egg option other than eggs Benedict (no big deal just a bit strange). We got our original coffee from the waitress but she was too overwhelmed (and unfriendly) for refills. The carafs for self serve were also empty. It would have been fine if this was complimentary but it was $20/person.

Wasn't overly please with our stay

This hotel offered a late check in. Which wasn't great since we were in town for a concert. No free parking option. Remote for the tv never worked. But didn't feel like calling maintenance at 12am after the concert. Had to fix the drain in the bathtub for the wife to use the tub. Fan also didn't work in the bathroom. So there's no moisture control after a shower. Was very clean. But will not return

Not really impressed, the room was across from the elevators, heard noise all night. Room was clean but nothing special. crown moulding was falling off of the ceiling.

Good location, but rooms are really getting rundown. Needs some upgrading to get it back and worthy of the price of stay. But location did us well and would likely stay again if needed.
