Quaint, clean hotel, but......

Posted Nov 20, 2017
Reminds me of some small, comfy European hotels. Front office looked worn out and dirty, but the room was surprisingly clean; smelled fresh too. The porcelain sink in the bath was chupped and rusted. The exterior grounds and parking were snow-covered and treacherous.

Decent Stay

Posted Nov 17, 2017
Off the main highway but not overly noisy. Room is good for one or two people. Washroom is pretty spacious for a motel.

Nothing special

Posted Oct 30, 2017
Pros: The rate special works
Cons: It's a motel not a resort. Can't expect them to add anything. But an ice machine would be great.
Location: Not far from international
If you're checking in and checking out with no other plans, chateau is ok. Just sleep and wake up and go. the chateau has no amenities. Just a bed, tv, shower.

Nice motel lots of establishment near by

Posted Oct 28, 2017
The motel staff was grumpy and not accommodating. Good value for money, everything you need is just 5mins near by. Its a good place to stay for a night

Poor hotel service!

Posted Oct 25, 2017
Was very unhappy with the room. No extra rolls of toilet paper. Sheets had cigarette burns that were burnt through. Lamp didn't have a bulb in it. Stove light was blown. One of the stove's knobs was missing. Unable to turn on that burner. Was there for 4 nights, sheets were never changed. Room was too warm. Unable to turn on a/c due to the fact that the outside was covered up and not usable.

chill place to stay

It was decent. Bed was nice. Tub was faily conformable. Had a good shower head as well. I never used any kitchen gear but it look reliable enough.

Average hotel. Nothing distinguishing.

Posted Sep 11, 2017
Cons: Pave the entrance to the parking lot.
Location: Tim Horton's down the road.
Average hotel. Forgettable. Bring your 4 wheel drive to enter/exit the parking lot.

Staff was friendly and room was clean. Hotel felt a little worn but was well worth it.
