The gym was easily accessible; not over crowded when I chose to use it. The rooms were clean and in good order and the staff were excellent. I will stay here again when I return to Edmonton.

At check in employee was not clear when stating what was being charged and what a coupon voucher entails need to be sure all details are understood as there was a charge added per day for breakfasts which was the voucher albeit this was changed at check out still need to communicate clearly all details.

We had a wonderful stay at the Courtyard Marriott! The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating! The Aqua restaurant had great breakfast choices and the staff were wonderful!

Everything was great but the parking was terrible, but the hotel was packed. I also had to tell front desk the main female was dirty and no stalls had toilet paper in them. She apologized, and called housekeeping, I think she there was 2-3 conferences going on here. Over all it was clean and staff was great.

I liked the property overall. However, we booked it primarily for the pool option and found that after getting into our swimsuits, we found that the hot tub was not operational. This should have been stated upon check-in. We were allowed to use the pool in the hotel next door which ironically was actually pool than the Marriott. No big loss, other than having to walk my family through a parking lot in housecoats at -5C to get to a fully operational pool. The hotel restaurant was good, but can get bogged down when at full capacity. Nice hotel overall.

Our stay was without issue, however, I don’t understand why rooms are only cleaned every second day. I miss the days of staying in a hotel room where rooms are cleaned every day and you have porcelain cups for coffee and not paper cups.

I understand hockey teams travel however we were here due to my son having surgery and we had to stay close and it was pretty sad that kids would be running up and down hallways and playing hockey with no supervision or staff putting them in area away from others especially since they knew we were there for surgery.

Clean roomy lobby and relax space. EXCELLENT FOOD at the in-house restaurant...best steak and chicken we've had in years, from scratch sauces, good fresh vegetables. Very pleasant staff...friendly, outgoing, well groomed, professional and connect on a personal level. Nice roomy clean room and roomy bathroom. This will be our go to hotel in Edmonton😊
