Noisy on the first floor - hearing sirens at all hours because of Anthony Hendy right there.
Management came to my door after my first night of two nights and told me I needed to tell the front desk I'm staying another night. I told her I have booked two nights, and discussed this when I checked in.
She said, "oh!" and walked away. No apology for interrupting me, or asking me questions instead of immediately assuming I am the one who got it wrong. Sorry your paperwork was wrong, this was not my fault. Customer Service was lacking here.
Additionally, I was never given a breakfast card for my two mornings, as I later found out I was needing. I was then given a hard time in the dinning room because I didn't have a breakfast card.
Again, lacking in Customer Service.
I suggest some (refresher) training is needed here.
Otherwise, everything else was great. Great price.
