The hotel was very nice, the only downfall was when we got to our room it was not the set up we had booked and paid for. After some shuffling we were put into the correct room. There was no bedding for the pull out couch, and no one was answering in housekeeping so we had to make our 3rd trip to the front desk to get our room situated properly.

Great Value

Location: There are several restaurants, Superstore, gas station and a Canadian Tire. The West Edmonton Mall isn't far away.
I've stayed at this hotel twice now and it's been great. It's a fantastic location and everything you need is just outside your door. The fitness room is in the middle of a renovation so they temporarily set-up the fitness room in a guest room. I went down in the morning and was pleasantly surprised!!! The room was clean, well organized and they have top of the line equipment.

Unkept room. Bloody pillow.

During my overnight stay at your hotel on January 23-24, 2016 I regret to inform you that I was not pleased with the condition of my room. I was booked into room 363. Upon entering the bathroom it was aparent that the bath tub and shower were not properly cleaned, therefore finding that there was hair along the wall of the shower. I proceeded to open the fridge and find there was food that had an expiry date of January 14, 2016 that had been left there. I brought it downstairs to the front desk where the resceptionist showed no interest in apologizing or offering any compensation for this. When I went to hang up my coat there was a shopping bag with other bags inside of it on the closet floor. Furthermore, the pillow cases had blood on them, which in turn made me question if the bedding had been changed at all. I will be not booking with your hotel in the future. My best regards.

Drity and dusty hotel

Hotel is in good location that's about it my room was drity food crumbs under bed and couch fan did not work in washroom and when the heat was on it caused a lot of dust, carpet was drity too the housekeeping was very poor will not be going back there

Hotel was very convenient to amenities

Pros: The location was very convenient.
Cons: They need to improve the cleaning standards substantially.
Location: West Edmonton Mall, many restaurants and a variety of shopping. Close to freeway.
We were very disappointed with the overall cleanliness of our room, as well as the hallways. Had to ask to have our washroom vacuumed as soon as we arrived.

Nice Hotel and a Reasonable Price

I found our hotel room very spacious. The front desk staff were disappointing. They didn't smile and seemed like we were a bother. The hotel it's self was very clean.

Very old hotel

They need to change the name from hotel to MOTEL. Dirty, Old, Unconfortable. The only good thing is , this MOTEL is close to the West Edmonton Mall.
