Location was great to access the University Hospital. Close to Whyte Ave for shopping and decent restaurant for dinner and breakfast.
Nice new hotel. Comfortable and spacious clean room. Nice breakfast. Plenty of amenities such as restaurants close by.
Rooms were very nicely renovated, really friendly front staff. My window looked into the Edmonton mall lol. But I would give it 5/5 and would come back (if I ever come back to edmonton..)
Overall nice hotel in a strategic location and near amenities
Attended Pam Tillis and Lori Morgan concert. Great venue for concert. Very convenient to stay in the same building. Very nice staff at checkin. Rooms were clean. Nice to see so many people around enjoying themselves.
Excellent customer service. Good quality food. Would have given them full 5 stars if hotel was updated with features found in their Pacific Rim facility!
