They had also let us know which documents are acceptable, such as the example that was shown by the front desk agents. Unfortunately the extra charges were due to smoking in the room. We had reached out and let you know by telephone and left a voice message. We are a 100% nonsmoking hotel. If there is any signs of smoking in the room, guests will be charged accordingly.
