This property was okay. I liked the view from the 12th floor. Staff was pleasant. One odd feature of the room was the makeshift bathroom door that was on a track like barn door style. There was a wide crack between the frame and the door so it didn’t close completely. First time I’ve seen that in a hotel room. Have to pay for parking since it’s downtown Edmonton. There were chocolates on the pillows and an espresso machine in the room. Overall the stay was okay.

Had a staycation with my husband and was thoroughly disappointed. We decided to spend more on a larger room and it was right beside the elevator and very noisy. The bathroom was not clean and the couch was fabric and dark with stains. The bed was also extremely springy and hard. However location was convenient and staff were pleasant.

so far so good! my boyfriend and i are staying here for our anniversary! it’s downtown so it’s very close to many attractions! the hotel is very nice looking on the inside and out and so far the staff is very nice! I would recommend this hotel

Room was decent , but could hear a dog barking down the hallway for hours straight at night time , and had to pay an extra 25$ for parking that wasn’t mentioned in the hotel fees. Good about the hotel is bed was comfy and checkout was at noon which gives plenty of time

Overall it was a good experience, the breakfast buffet is good, their coffee is really good. Rooms are quite small and dark, bathroom is tiny. I would stay again

The elevator was out of order, and we had to wait constantly. Also, buffet was not as good as normal as the coffee machine was out of order, which is what we look forward to. The cosmopolitan drink was not actually a cosmopolitan. It was a lemonade with vodka.

The breakfast was really expensive for what was offered. Only 1 elevator worked which made for really long waits. There's no gym No sauna No steam room. The coffee maker in the room was useless. The room was great The shower and bathroom great. Was clean. Decent view. No mini bar

Way overpriced. Used to stay here as our #1 choice back in the day when parking was free, wine & cheese was free, free shuttle service, free breakfast, and snacks ($) available in the room. We were sad to see that we were not treated as valued guests like we once were. We will likely not stay here again as there are many many other more affordable, & higher quality hotels in Edmonton. There was also an altercation in the hallway in the middle of the night where a guy & girl were screaming at each other. This went on and one and no one seemed to take control over the situation.

This hotel used to be a little gem, a boutique hotel in downtown Edmonton but not anymore! The parking (both price and availability) were horrible, the second of 2 elevators was broken all weekend, leading to a 20 minute wait to get to my room, amd the hotel was noisy and rambunctious as people were yelling and slamming doors at all hours of the day and night. I would highly recommend staying elsewhere, either the J. W. Marriot downtown or on the west/south ends.

I did not enjoy the hotel at all, i found the furniture in the hotel to be worn out and felt dirty, very uncomfortable, rooms were not all to clean in my eyes, counters and bar felt greasy and grubby fingure prints everywhere. For a premium king suite on top floor, i expected alot more, ive hade much better rooms for have the price. And no complimentary breakfast? Tf is up with that.

Nice rooms, not phenomenal but not terrible. Feels like mid-60’s build apartment building convert. On site restopub was excellent. $30 ‘surprise’ parking fee (outside and if memory serves me correct no view from any room over so be careful where you park in the ghetto.
