Staff are average, we ended up in the older part of the hotel there is no lighting in the halls or rooms, makes it tough for doing cheer/dance makeup/hair when you can barley see. the curtains had red blood all over the white sheer curtains, there was "wax like" what I told my kids anyways, stains on the floor by the bed, and the inside of the bathtub is gross. ew

I didn’t receive freedrink or room upgrade as stated Expedia gold member benefits. When I asked I was told the drink would be brought to my room ( it wasn’t) and that I booked a king room so that’s what I got (not upgraded). Desk clerk was polite but not very informed and my questions only confused her more. My room was ok but had a vague sewage smell in the bathroom. Otherwise good, nice pool area and the Pub food was great ( service was slow in spite of being one of two people in the whole place)

The hotel staff who signed us in was incorrectly running the card, after asking for help didnt ask if wed like to try the business card again. The hotel room didnt have soap or tissues. The pool was closed for maintenence yhe day of our checkout and wasnt told to us at check in so we missed any swim or hot tub. When we checked in we were told directions, the elevator to our room was on the other side of where we were told.

The staff was very nice but we won’t stay here again. The beds and pillows are hard. For the entire weekend we had neighbours who left their baby every 30 minutes all night to go and smoke while the baby cried. Constantly in and out of their room from midnight to 6 am. We complained but the hotel didn’t do anything but apologize.
