Clean, Nice Hotel for one or two nights busy roads

Pros: clean - nice, updated, microwave and fridge.
Cons: older hotel updated. I would say if it was in a nicer area that had ease to walk to things. major road ways. a good note is that easy car access.
Location: busy roadway. some restaurants, but only by car due to road. smitty's in hotel - ok.
Clean, Nice Hotel for one or two nights with busy roads surrounding it. The odd time I heard road noise but in general it was nice stay - Clean, nice facilities with microwave and fridge. I wouldn't want to stay more than two nights due to the traffic surrounding the hotel.

disappointing stay

Nice hotel. However, did not have record of the free breakfast vouchers that were supposed to be included. But Expedia customer support was excellent in resolving. And the 3rd day of our stay we came back in the evening and our room had not been made up (they asked if we had left a "do not disturb sign", which we of course we had not). And when they sent housekeeping up, they did not make the beds but simply gave us fresh towels. Disappointing.

We are expecting that there is a swimming pool and a free breakfast, this is the first hotel We checked-in that had NO Free breakfast

Lots of noise in hallway

Front desk called us twice before 12am in error. Someone else had made a complaint about noise & they thought it was us & woke us up twice with their phone calls.

Pros: Friendly people at check in and check out desk
Cons: Nothing needs to be improved
Location: We were visiting people so didn't partake in any activities or shopping
It was a good nights sleep as bed was very comfortable and room was quiet.

Too Small Of Rooms

It was clean but small, especially the bathroom. Nice big TV on the otherhand. Staff was nice, free juice in the lobby. Said not to use the balcony in the winter months.

Front desk lady was great. Quiet, clean hotel. Drive way entrance to the parking lot a little confusing.

Old overused mattresses

Pros: Big rooms and location.
Cons: Mattresses and beds
We spent a couple of nigta as we were visiting friends in Edmonton. The room was big for a family of 5 but the mattresses were terrible and in a bad need of replacwment. The airconditiong/heater will go on/off every 3 minutes and cannot be set propery. Oh, and make sure you read the note about the free breakfest. You will only get two coupons with 10 each to spend on the Timmy next door restaurant. So if hou have kids you will end up spending 20 more dollars on each breakfast
