Friendly hotel, close to transit

Host hotel for the Birkie, very close to transit and race venue. Staff was great, older hotel, needs some updates. Clean and comfortable, fridge and coffee in room, good easy access breakfast in room off lobby.

We travel with our 2 small dogs any very much appreciate when they staff is so very accommodating.

Nice check in and comfortable hotel. forgot coffee and to clean coffee pot but front desk made sure we got some for the next morning. all else fine. Enjoy the bathtub in room.

Pros: Staff were fantastic. Friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The snacks available were at reasonable prices. Comfortable, clean and quiet room.
Cons: Breakfast was a bit basic but included at no extra charge.
Location: Next to a large Costco and various eating places within walking distance.

My recent stay was not a pleasant one..Went into the bathroom and found someone's undershorts behind the door. The front desk came and removed them and gave us another room..Went to that room and found a dirty comb and some garbage in the corner. The cleaning staff leaves something to be desired...Left me wondering about the overall cleanliness..I am not sure if I will stay there again..

Thank you for response regarding your stay at our hotel. This definitely was not good - our apologies. The housekeeping staff do their best to insure all rooms are cleaned to standards for all guests - but this was a double miss. Our staff have been spoken to and reminded rooms have to be checked and done up properly even on super busy days. I do hope you have a chance to return and experience a much better stay. Nice hotel and service. Restaurant availability and shopping were great. Not so great for parking truck and trailer though.

Was just overnight stay. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful..I would stay there again..

Clean hotel friendly staff

Loved the staff very friendly and helpful. They provided a great stay. The room was horrible my widow had a wall right in front of it. Breakfast was so so nothing to be excited, about very basic.
