The courtyard with the poolside room was great for the kids and to have a place to chill once they went to bed. Our new go to hotel when we go to Edmonton for sure.

2 out of our three rooms were not ready until 4:45 when check in is at 4 Also a Very loud hotel… Had a room around the pool and the rooms are Not Sound Proof at all, they also did not have towels at the Pool, people yelling and banging on doors at 12:30 in the morning, had to get security to stop them We as great that our kids could play and be loud, Also got woke up early from a choir singing in the Pool which was beautiful!! But also after not being able to rest, fairly frustrating No

This is a difficult review, the rooms were tiny, the "king" beds were the smallest king beds ive ever seen. I had to change my reservation a day before because i found out the room we had didnt have a bathtub, my wife is handicapped so very important, and 1 of the 2 rooms we got the toilet wasnt working. The area has lots of shopping and food selection, so that was a plus. On the plus side, when i was checking out of our 2 rooms, the guy asked how our stay was, i answered horrible. Before i even had a chance to run down my list of things, he refunded me 1 night per room, dropping my bill in half. So while i wasnt happy with the rooms, he made up for it with no questions asked and was very apologetic. So, all that being said, i would give them another try with a little more knowledge of the rooms NOT to get.

We like the Denny’s nearby, the parking and roads to get here a bit of a hassle but nothing too serious.

I was told the pool will be open the next day and we stayed 2 days. Ti made make it worst, I left my family there thinking they were having fun but little that I know and expect. I don’t recommend this place at all as they offer me $40 for breakfast. shame on you

My husband was impressed that I did not make him take me to a different hotel. The room was not very clean the hallways always had garbage in them, granted this is from other guests and not completely on the hotel. It smelt like weed everywhere you went, I am 7 months and did not care for that. I only stayed for the remainder of our reservation because I prepaid for it through Expedia and would not get my $550 back but I will not make this mistake again at any sandman hotel. They did not clean around the coffee machine it had old spilled coffee on it, you did not want to walk around without shoes on either, we did not want to use the shower and the bathroom hardly looked clean with dirt in all the corners and hairs in the shower. Yes I have high expectations but anyone paying that kind of money should. The staff was very friendly.

Was a nice stay, room was nice size and beds pillows were comfortable. Pool decking could use daily or more cleaning would be my only complaints.

Lovely staff, very helpful with my questions. The room was clean, but the furniture, paint and wallpaper was a bit ratty in places, I can see that the pandemic has been tough on this industry.

Room was never cleaned. Asked for more amenities and a garbage bag of of towels and toilet paper coffee, etc was left out side my door. WiFi was horrible. Pool was dirty, hair and large piles of filth floating on surface and at the bottom. The fitness center was filled with broken equipment and water dispenser in gym was broken. Bed was comfortable, lots of hot water in room. Room was clean.

Dirty bathroom floor, hairs in bathtub, note pad still had writing from previous people, had to wash the microwave plate before using. Blankets had stains.
