Nice hotel with nice decor

Everything is good. Nothing that I would say is outstanding . I did love the decor. The reception staff were a bit stand offish.

The staff were awesome! The room was extremely clean. Loved the rain shower. The hotel is also very conveniently located just off Hwy 2. I will stay here again!

Hotel room was very close to the CHOP restaurant/bar which was very loud making a horrible nights rest. Will not return.

Family friendly

Very clean rooms, nice staff and very welcoming family friendly hotel. Convenient to have the Denny's 24hr food service. South common 3 minute drive away. No bums or druggies walking around begging. Very family friendly hotel.

Seemless late checkin

Worst Hotel Experience

Staff unable to help much with questions, no movies to rent, no one to deliver wine opener once requested so must pick it up from the front desk and it was same with other things requested.

I found it noisy

Pros: Room is comfortable minus the noise.
Cons: See above. They could of offered me something for the inconvenience.
There were a lot families at the hotel which is fine. However there were kids runnings back and forth, yelling, and playing in the hallways. These kids were around 10-12 years old. I had to call the front desk three times about the noise. They did come up every time but it didn't do anything for the noise. I asked that they send someone to hang around the floor to just observe for 30 minutes and they would see for themselves. There was no apology offered for the inconvenience. I was there for work and was trying to get work done while in my room. Not relaxing and quite disruptive. The hotel staff attitude was "oh well."
