Broken windows, broken beds, holes in the wall. Aweful

I am sorry you were not happy with your stay in our Hotel. I do have 2 rooms that have cracked windows that are actually booked for replacing on Thursday, March 2, 2017 but I can assure you they are safe and not allowing any cold inside. We are proud of the mattress bed set we offer, as many have complimented and it sounds like the room you stayed in requires changing. We always appreciate the feedback, as we cannot continue to satisfy our guests if we are not aware of any concerns. Thank you for your comments. Christee - General Manager

For the price, it's great!

Pros: The room was very nice. Very cozy, and lots of space. I didn't look around the hotel much other than that.
Location: It's close to downtown and the university, which is why I was there. But around the hotel there isn't much, it's right next to major roads.
The room was clean, spacious and very nice. The hotel staff were very sweet and helpful. It was an older building, so not everything was super pretty looking, but for a few nights stay it worked well for me. Check in was very quick and easy for me.

Old but comphy

Clean hotel fast check in and close to rogers center ! Hotel is old but I'm not too picky. Showers had some serious hot cold issues

I am sorry you felt our hotel was not to your standards in cleanliness as we work very hard to keep our Hotel to our policies, cleanliness and I would hope, your expectations. I will ask front desk & night Manager to keep an open eye on our Hotel after the house keeping has left for the day. At this time our Hotel does not offer continental breakfast, and if in the future it is offered, we will definitely let you know for your next stay! Good price could be better

Pros: Price good.
Cons: Common areas not too clean. Temperature in the rooms too hot and could not be reduced.

ok for the price

Pros: Front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Cleanliness.
Card in the room to evaluate or comment on your stay was already filled out by previous guest. Makes you wonder what else in there they did not attend to.

Pleased the front desk was customer service orientated upon check in & during your stay. If you felt the room was not to your standard based on a filled out comment card that was positive, I wish you would of spoken to the front desk as we would of moved your room immediately. Dated inn under renovations

This inn is under renovations, hallways were dusty with old carpet, the room we stayed in had already been renovated but still dust on baseboards and old furniture. Bed was comfortable but due to room size you could not get into the bed from both sides. New bathroom shower had no shelves for shampoo, soap etc. I guess if you just want somewhere to quickly crash for the night this inn would do but I would not stay here for any length of time.

Our renovation staff work on the rooms till later in the day so they do not disturb the sleeping of our guests in the morning and on a few occasions the hallways had been "renovation dust" weathered. We will work harder to keep this cleaner during our improvement stages. Shelving in the NEW stand up showers are being implemented, so during your next stay with us I hope that this is complete!
