Close to airport

Maintenance in room leaves a lot of room for improvement, grouting deteriorated and gross caulking job mildew. Breakfast is not worth stopping for.

Friendly staff, rooms in ok shape

The staff was excellent, however the tv in my room didn't work until I figured on what was going on with the power bar behind the tv as well as the Ac/ heat unit was unplugged in the room. I found out why later on into the night as it was extremely loud running the Ac and made it difficult to sleep

Great Value!

Staff is extremely helpful & accommodating. Their Free Breakfast is open earlier (before 6 AM) than most Hotels to accommodate early travelers!

Hotel staff was very accommodating and cheerful! Whenever we needed anything they were quick to help where needed.

Older hotel that needs updates

Cons: Update and upgrade
We planned to stay several day during our move. The hotel staff were nice and accommodating. The room was not the newest condition. Our room was below a work crew that sounded like a herd of buffalo. The bathroom was so small I had to sit on the toilet to blow dry my hair. Across the street is a newly opened wyndim hotel. Was cheaper per night. Long term parking was half the price and the place is very spacious and incredibly clean. Super 8 should take note. Obviously they cater to work crews.

would not stay again

Pros: cannot think of anything
Cons: Clean your rooms daily and do not B.S the customers about pet policy
I checked in on April 19th I unpacked my suitcase and noticed a bottle capon the floor by the bed {no big deal} I woke up in the morning with my allergies really bothering me {no big deal spring time} I returned to my room in the evening it had not been cleaned {mildly upset no real big deal} wake up in middle of the night very bad allergies I have a very bad allergies to dogs and cats but since this is a pet free hotel cannot be from pets,I wake up in the morning eyes watering and weezing wake out the room and see a guy walking out of his room with a big black dog not a service dog so I go to the front desk and ask the lady why there is a dog in the hotel her answer was we let pets on the first floor {guess which floor I am on yup first floor} now I am upset I booked the place because they do not take pets and they then put me on the pet floor { I like dogs it is just I have bad allergies to them} they moved me to another room and were apologetic .I would never stay again. Even though all the staff were very nice. I think hotels must realize there are people that can have sever reactions to pets and if you advertise as no pets do not lie to the customers. I know there are rooms for service dogs but the pets they take are not service animals.There lame excuse why they gave me a pet room was because I booked a king bed and none other were available.

It was a very busy time for us and although that is no excuse I can say that indeed all alternate king rooms were booked. Once we were made aware of your allergies you were upgraded to an allergy free area. I do appreciate your comments and we were use them as best we can to improve our guest offerings.
