Staff was kind, however, our room was not the cleanest, especially the bathroom. Only a small shampoo and two bar soaps is offered in the room for toiletries. 2 pillows per bed and very thin bedding. Breakfast was your typical continental breakfast with options for waffles, sausage and hashbrowns. We did not spend much time in pur room so it was a place to rest at the end of the day. Very basic.

The bed is very comfortable. The pillow is very soft. Our request is accommodated althoughthey forgot to give us complementary water. The location is perfect because it's near the shopping areas I love and coffee shop I often go to. Overall, the hotel is clean and quiet. Good job to all the staffs.

It wasn’t very clean. The door keys were terrible ours didn’t work most of the time had to go to the front desk twice. The hotel needs to be updated badly.

The staff and the hotel amenities are nice, the pool area was great and the kids loved it! The dining room had very small tables, 4 didn’t fit around one table. The area is in a cramped area of the city and we were constantly being woken up by people ripping up and down the road in motorcycles and ‘Berta’d trucks with missing exhaust systems. Overall the stay was a solid 3/5 and I would recommend the facility if you’re looking for a comfortable place to crash for a night or two. Any longer and there are better facilities in the city.

Pool with slide was great for our little one but the 10 pm hard deadline for closure made it hard for our teens to enjoy. Rooms could use an update, and while clean overall the glass over artwork was quite dirty. Did not like the blankets - seemed poor quality for a hotel. Great location, good breakfast, great staff so overall still had a good stay.

Staff were nice and the typical hotel breakfast was decent, but the property is pretty beat up and dirty. Flushed the toilet and our bathtub backed up and would not drain. Everything in our room was in rough shape from the roof to the walls and paint, blinds and beds. Pool area was very dirty. Hottub hot not been cleaned in a while. Would not recommend.

Average hotel for the price. The staff were super friendly. The breakfast is just ok. Rooms are clean The pool was a nightmare because of so many families but everyone seemed to be having fun

its 'tired' but updated with paint etc, even though things haven't been replaced, but it looks well cared for anyway. I would stay here again, no problem. For me its a convenient location for shopping and other freeways/highways

Nice older hotel in good location for all your needs in south Edmonton area. We stayed for 2 nights with my boys and is a handy location. Pool is nice, breakfast was good and can't beat the price in comparison to other hotels in this area. Will be back for sure!

We would have given an excellent review, but there was no connection to the restaurant, had to go outside and walk around the building on ice in The parking lot as there was no sidewalk either to get to the restaurant and the pillows were extremly hard. We had to go and buy different pillows so we could have some sleep on our last night. Other than these two items, we enjoyed the stay very much
