The pool and deck was in need of maintenance. All the ladders were super loos and wobbly. The deck was super slippery and needs a new layer of texture. The room had towels that had blood and hair in them. One bed had a roll of garbage bags under the fittinf sheet. Holes in the carpet and such a strong odor of b.o. and food. Oh and no conditioner.

This property is definitely showing its age. The staff was great, and the room service did a good job during our 3 night stay. We did not walk around outside as it didn't feel like the greatest neighbourhood. Definitely could use a bit of a facelift/ update.

When we first arrived 2 cop cars in front, then went out for dinner came back and an ambulance was there. The place got crazier as the night went on. We had no trouble. The hotel needs a major reno, it seems like it has been forgotten for a while now. The staff was great, breakfast was below sub-par.

People with razor blades opening doors no ne called the cops… smell of urine everywhere including rooms, sheets were not changed. This is what we saw in the first 5 min. The list is much bigger

Property is very outdated and not very clean. Pool was best part even though the hot tub wasnt very hot. Kids enjoyed the slide. Its close to west ed but we Would not stay there again.

The stay was good and the check in stay was fantastic. However I was very disappointed at the check out service I received today. I got push back from the associate, Crystal, because I asked for a printed invoice. Their comment was it’s emailed to you and our companies policy stated we do give invoices for third party companies. Stayed here in Feb and had zero issues getting a printed comply last month. Not sure why the difference in a month.

This is an old hotel looks like they are trying to fix it up. The reason I decided to stay here was the price! Compared to other hotels in the area . My Grandson loves the slide was the second reason I choice this hotel! The staff are amazing, they try to help you have a good stay . I did feel it could be a little more clean dust on the lamps was very noticeable. I would not stay again unless I knew it was in better shape..

The lunch room was way too small, not very many options. The carpets were dirty, the floors in the room are wet and slippery when coming back from the pool. Looked very run down.
