"While the hotel was aesthetically pleasing, there were several issues that made our stay disappointing. We had a suite with a separate bedroom and sofa bed in the living room, but the air conditioning did not circulate into the bedroom, making it hot and uncomfortable. Check-in was frustrating. My husband had to return to the main lobby three times because our key would not work. After travelling a long distance with a toddler and arriving late at night, this was especially inconvenient.
