Great value for the $$. Everything neat, tidy and clean. The ONLY thing disappointing was that there wasn't a closet to hang anything. There were 4 coat hooks only. Linens were outdated but obviously didn't affect our stay. Motel Mgr was extremely accommodating and friendly. Will probably stay there next summer when visit Perth-andover again.

It was good value for the money. When travelling with a dog it is not always easy to find a place to stay. Their dog fee is reasonable. The rooms are clean and a good size. the walls are a bit thin but that's to be expected in an older building like this. Was worth what I paid for it.
