“It was a late start to the trip so we got there late and upon checking in. There was a long line because someone was making a fuss about their reservation. My check in was quick but when we got to our room, it reeked of weed! How can they get away with smoking and there were small children on that floor. I immediately called the front desk to get moved and luckily they accommodated. I never had breakfast there before, which was ok but definitely not worth the buffet price they charged. The……

“The service was okay they were kind, but Nothing was available for use except the pool which was freezing, sauna was out of order, so was the gym, the continental breakfast was lacking no cream cheese for the bagels, basically just bread. On the ad it said room service (food service), but what it meant was cleaning service. There was a ton of ants in the room also. The first night there we had no TV/Internet. Hopefully it's just in a transition period or something. I wouldn't stay here again……
