Not a good stay

The hotel stay was not what we expected. The room was non-smoking but smell like smoke, we had to buy frebreeze to kill the smell. The building is old and needs taking care of. The breakfast is two options, plain bagels and pastries that are a few days old. The orange juice was old and tasted rancid. Our tv stopped working (no signal) and we couldn't call the front desk because there was no phone in the room. We had an ironing board but no iron. Upon check out i told the front desk about these things but didn't get an explanation. Don't think i will be staying there again. Don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The condition of the building is falling apart. Laundry room an Ice machine do not work , hall way from front of building to back of building stunk of trash. The room no drain plug in sink toilet seat only held to gather by one bolt. not all lamps in the room worked shower head adjustment broken.they could not print a reciept on check out. Breakfast was minimal no decade coffee danish an bagels only . no napkins for three days. This place just plain worn out. Nice sign in managers office no refunds ever, if did or did not stay.

My day was good. Staff Pleasant specially Derek day supervisor. Most accommodating. Only issue is lighting outside rooms on the walkway. Too many were not lit. Very pet friendly.

Not what it seems

It was good the first night. The 2nd night they had no towels. Room wasnt made. It was a bad 2nd day experience. Room isn't what they posted on line.

It was horrible no heat in the room135 then they move me to another room 236 and the toilet was running.Back yo the first room got a extra blanket no nice at all

The first room had some issues. The staff was very understanding about changing my room and even offered a free upgrade for the inconvenience.
