El hotel nos encantó es muy elegante y con todo lo necesario. El check-in rapido y facil. El personal muy amable. Las habitaciones amplias y con todo lo necesario. Los baños muy espaciosos. Los desayunos excelentes, mucha variedad y todo delicioso. El hotel es muy centrico y esta en un area muy agradable cercano a la estacion de metro. Totalmente recomendable.

I’m surprised by the unwelcoming room, the false promises, and the lack of compensation—especially from a hotel associated with a Michelin-star restaurant and the Solid rooftop breakfast.

The room was nice, we had a balcony looking out to the city which was a nice bonus but did not get much use in winter. The hotel is well connected via metro to the city but is also walkable.
