Comfortable, clean and pleasant
2nd visit, priced well. Comfortable, free parking (although very tight spaces and limited). Nice pool, good location, good food (dinner / breakfast)

Nice hotel but thin walls between rooms.

Very comfortable stay. Shower was great. Staff did not seem to be very happy in their work. Bar was left unattended at times.

We had a great stay at the Caesar Premier Eilat hotel.The staff was responsive and friendly, the food was good, the facilities well kept, and the bed was comfortable. It is near the beach and shopping areas. Recommended.

Excellent stay
Excellent hotel in an excellent location. Staff was professional and friendly. Shane (if I recall his name correctly) provided excellent service during breakfast. He was very attentive and prompt in ensuring our table remained uncluttered during the breakfast buffet.

Our winter holidays was great there. We got a bigger room befor the check-in time and it was offered for us. On top of that we had an invitation for the friday evening dinner. I strongly recomend to try the restaurant!

When we arrived, there was a hiccup with the room we ordered. Once Expedia representative got involved and address it with the hotel manager, our issue was resolved to the best of our expectations. The manager was very attentive and kind. She addressed our special needs, got us a great and comfortable room with a beautiful view. The food was good. Free parking by the hotel. Walking distance to the Sea. We are very pleased with our stay and made great memories.

Parent's anniversary vacation
It's a very good hotel, clearly got a new faceup and renovation, friendly staff, great food, perfect location. It was a present for parents anniversary and they got a very nice surprise at the room from the hotel's staff, which contributed to their pleasant stay. Recommend this hotel.

very desappointed, its an old hotel that call itself 4 stars... the check in was terrible, the mattress very uncomfortable, also the pillows, I must said it is clean and in a good location. the food is not the best, but not bad

סופ"ש משפחתי 2 חדרים - בסהכ היה טוב
היינו 4 ימים (חמישי - ראשון), 3 מבוגרים ו 2 ילדים ולקחנו 2 חדרים. קבלת הפנים היתה חמה ומאוד שירותית. סגן המנהל (איציק) עזר בקבלת החדרים. החדר שלנו פנה לבריכה והילדים שלנו היו בחדר ממול עם נוף למרינה (נוף מהמם). החדרים נקיים ומסודרים ומנקים אותם כראוי על בסיס יומי. הבריכה נקייה ומטופלת ולא היתה גדושה בהרבה אנשים. ארוחת הבוקר היתה טובה. לא עשירה מאוד אבל מספקת לחלוטין. היה בחור שדאג להעיר ברגישות לאנשים שלא חבשו מסיכות ברחבת חדר האוכל. האוכל הרגיש טרי והצוות מאוד שירותי. העניין היחידי שצריך לשפר זה רמת השירות בבר שבלובי. נותני השירות לא נחמדים ולא ממש שירותיים וחבל. בסהכ המלון קצת מיושן אבל מתוחזק כראוי. הצוות שירותי ומאוד אדיב.

Nice hotel in a good location
Generally, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It's in very good location. Breakfast was excellent. We stayed in a family room which was wide and comfort. The pool was very nice as well. the only disadvantage was the rooms doors slam in terrible noise making it hard to rest.

VERY GOOD HOTEL
The hotel is centrally located 100 meters from the beach and promenade. The rooms are large and spacious and clean. Great breakfast and in rooms coffee and tea kettle. The service is great.
