Amazing on site restaurant!

Pros: The restaurant, the staff, the decor.
Cons: Parking was cramped and awkwardly laid out.
Location: The hotel is located on a quiet street with shops and restaurants. It is walking distance from Philips Stadium, the cathedral, and many clubs / shops.
The room as expected for this type of hotel though the soaps and such were a little nicer than usual. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The decor in the hotel is above average for the price level as well. Parking however is very cramped and there are not many spaces. The biggest plus about this hotel is the amazing restaurant. We had the best meal of our entire trip there (sad to say for the other purpose built restaurants that we dined in). Definitely try the noodles with beef. The breakfast buffet is also very good.

Pros: Left you to yourself.
Location: Walk to town took about 30 mins, lots of eating places, drinking places, shops and football. Good train service and close to airport.
Good size room and Windows that can be opened. Room temperature ok but did wake up a little hot and needed to open window.

Housekeepers made a lot noise in the morning during my stay, that bothered me a lot. They just putted towels in a bag, hanged on my door, because of my late woke up.

Not too difficult to find, unlike the car park.

Location: We visited a the grave of a close family friend, who was killed during WW2, buried at nearby Valkenswaard.
Our stay was very pleasant, the staff were helpful and polite when we needed any assistance. I struggled to find the car park, which appeared to be the wrong side of a "No Entry" sign, once found it was perfectly adequate and proved secure and convenient. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, if a little on the warm side. We enjoyed our stay.

A good break in a journey

Pros: We like its location, both within the town and as a useful stop on our regular journey. It has its own off-street parking.
The hotel was busy on our arrival and parking in the hotel car park (free) was a bit difficult by the time of our late arrival. We were told that there was a Conference the next day. We were warmly welcomed and check-in was very quick and convenient. The room was well equipped, though the double bed was narrow - the layout of the room suggested that it was designed for a wider bed. A twin room would probably have been a better choice. Despite the fact that the room overlooked the road, there was no traffic noise, both because of the double glazing and because it was not a major thoroughfare. Check-out in the morning was very quick.
