Centrally located

Very good. Breakfast should be complementary like US hotels.

Very clean and comfortable hotel

The desk provided great customer service by calling us to check if we would like our room cleaned. Very helpful with a map at check In.

A proper 4 star hotel with a reasonable price . I felt that the surrounding area was a bit rough but the hotel location was ideal for me as it is only 5 min walk to the central train and bus station . I will stay again

Definitely not upgraded!

I have stayed here several times and always been pleased . It's,walking distance to town for shops ,bars and restaurants and across from the bus/ train station for day trips out. The breakfast has excellent choice. I usually stay in a standard room with either twin or king size bed. But we were put in an executive room which was not as pleasant as expected. This room was designed for a single person. It only had one bedside table I had too put my drink, book Tec on the floor!it was a standard double bed although comfortable to sleep in. The room was much smaller , there was no iron or kettle only a coffee maker. We had to ask for a kettle to make tea. Their was only one bathrobe/ slippers and the maid only left one towel outside our door as our room wasn't made up the next day. really disappointed this time the reason I was,told there was a large group of sportsmen staying who had took up the lower floors and there was nowhere else to put us. On the plus side the pool was finally of a perfect temperature to have a swim,nice and warm!

Dear Karen, thank you very much for your extensive review! As far as I can suggest from your review you stayed in a Executive room with a Queen bed. These are indeed a bit smaller then the normal king rooms. Therefore to save room these don't have a ironboard in the closet but reception is always happy to bring you one. Since we are a business hotel we always equip the rooms with only one pair of bathrobe & slippers. Reception is always happy to bring you an extra pair. Your problems concerning Housekeeping will be shared with the Housekeeping Manager. We hope to welcome you again soon to show you our Housekeeping skills.
