Great location for visiting our son who is a student at TU/e. Walking distance to everything (shopping, dining,campus) and they rent bikes as well The only complaint was that the lighting in the room was too dim. We were there on rainy cold days so the lack of lighting in the room was really noticeable. On a sunny day the big windows will let lots of light in but on dark wintery days the option for more lighting is needed.

Amazing stay
Beautiful hotel, EVERY member of the staff are so lovely and welcoming. The stadium is right around the corner and right opposite the city centre/bus stops and train station it's literally the perfect location for Eindhoven

Dissapointing
This hotel came recommended by a colleague but it wasn’t as great as they mentioned. The room was very dark and very hot! There is no AC and the temp control feature on the wall did nothing. There was no milk for the coffee in the room and I would expect complimentary water in the fridge but there wasn’t. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were huge but very flat once laid on.

Nice location, unfortunately hotel is very noisy. Air conditioning system is very loud overnight.

What a gem!
What a great hotel! The beds are ridiculously comfortable, got a decent sleep. No noise disturbance, bath was huge! Decro really cool too. Great location and really nice staff. Look forward to our next visit

In my opinion, this should not be classed as 4* hotel. Wallpaper was coming off the walls, twin beds were next to each other and after separating them ourselves, the floor underneath was quite dirty. Shower was sprayimg water from the pipe going up to the shower head. Lighting was quite unfit for such a room that size and it always felt dark even with all the lights on (2 small ceiling lights and 3 lamps on) at the same time. Lastly (maybe this is a personal preference) the wallpaper, carpet and bathroom tiles were a complete eye sore and combined with the bad lighting the entire room felt dark. What I would also expect from a 4* is soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner; there was only one soap dispenser between the sink and bathtub and another dispenser with 2in1 body and hair gel in the shower cabin (which is not reachable from the bathtub). The breakfast wasn't bad and the cocktails at the bar were very good but it wouldn't be enough of a reason to stay here again.

Very comfortable stay in central location
Had a very comfortable stay in this modern city centre hotel. Spacious room and bathroom, comfy bed, great shower, good buffet breakfast. Very friendly and attentive reception. Only downside is the noise from other guests. Rooms are not soundproof.

The staff was friendly and helpful. It seems there could be more hot food items for an 18-euro breakfast. The room is quite spacious but the area where you can put the luggage seems rather uncleaned.

Room in deteriorated condition, unclean, safe does not work, restaurant closed. Although terms and condition allow for checkout after one night, hotel refuses to provide refund as I obviously left after the first night.
