Gutes Hotel mitten im Zentrum

Gutes Hotel. Sogar einige deutsche TV-Sender. Einziges Manko ist, dass es sehr hellhörig ist und direkt gegenüber des Partyviertels von Tilburg liegt.

Cons: des efforts sur l'accueil dans la salle du petit déjeuner
Location: Proche des restaurants, magasins, d'une magnifique église et d"une super salle de concert !
Facilement accessible depuis la gare à pied, avec un large choix de petit déjeuner (ceci dit, un peu cher)

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mitten im Zentrum von Tilburg. Zimmer waren top. Personal freundlich. Frühstück war gut aber mit knapp 19€ pro Person zu teuer. Würde wieder im Mercure übernachten allerdings ohne Frühstück ;)

I was not satisfied with my stay at all. First, the wifi was too slow. We had to go to the "business centre" to use internet normally. The worst was the bill. After my return I realized they billed me for a breakfast I did not have, twice for a night, it was more than 130 euros wrongly billed. Then, it took 3 days to get some answers from the hotel, mainly, if they will return the money on my credit card. The case was shared between several people, they really did not try to hurry up, nobody was able to answer all my questions in one email. I had to write e-mails and call there several times. I will not return to this hotel for sure. It gave me impression they don't care about clients.

Het is geen onbekend hotel voor mij. Ik kom er graag vanwege de mooie ligging midden in het uitgaansgebied en diverse muziekpodia waaronder 013. Sfeer is nog altijd prima, kamer netjes en altijd gastvrij. Kortom, tot binnenkort weer!

dit hotel geboekt om na een concert niet terug te hoeven rijden en het beviel uitmuntend makkelijk parkeren in de (eigen) garage van het hotel. bij inchecken werd ons gevraagd of wij gratis een appartement wilden gebruiken. en dat hebben we gedaan en de zo luxe heb je nog nooit een hotelkamer gehad
