The hotel is sufficient

Posted May 7, 2016
Pros: The terrace.
Cons: More vegan items on the breakfast menu.
Location: You need to take a bus or taxi into the center of town. Once there, it is wonderful.
This hotel is sufficient. It is clear and has nice parts, such as the terrace where one can eat and drink beside a human made body of water. The room was a disappointment. It was a superior room yet seemed ordinary.

Thank you for your valuable feedback. Please ask our restaurant or kitchen staff for more vegan meals. We will be happy to set a meal for you. The superior room is more luxury as the classic room, with more amenities. We look forward welcoming you back.

Nice hotel, bus stop close, great staff!

Posted Apr 11, 2016
Nice hotel, very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant is good and reasonable. In room coffee was good. Not much close by but a bus stop is close and via the bus downtown is 5 mins. Nice town to walk around and a nice variety of restaurants. I would stay here again; I would look forward to it actually.

Great location, easy travel to city centre.

Posted Apr 11, 2016
Pros: Location, amenities and the staff. Excellent breakfasts and dinner.
Cons: Can't think of anything.
Location: I've described the benefit of the location, away from the bustle of the city centre but offering quick easy and free travel to get into town and back.
Free and frequent - even Sundays - bus service (No.80: Pettelpark out to hotel, Parade Centrum to city centre from hotel) made journey in and out to town easy, but a half-hour's walk or less cycling (with no hills) were pleasurable options. Hieronymus Bosch 500th anniversary and exhibition at Het Noorbrabants Museum were taking place while we were there (the reason for our visit to 's-Hertogenbosch on this occasion) and that and our satisfaction with the hotel's excellent hospitality made our stay really special. 5 stars for 's-Hertogenbosch and the hotel!

Modern hotel, less than a 5 minute walk to a bus stop, buses every 10 minutes into city centre.

Business hotel on the edge of town

Posted Mar 23, 2016
Pros: It was quiet, comfortable and well run.
Location: 's-Hertogenbosch is a lovely city, with many old buildings to admire, especially the cathedral and Noord-Brabant Museum.
A standard business hotel with the usual facilities and the level of comfort you would expect from a Movenpick. Rooms comfortable and quiet. Bar well equipped, and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Didn't try the restaurant, except for breakfast. If you don't have a car access to the city is by park and ride bus, but this runs late only at weekends. Otherwise there are local buses around 500 metres away until late evening. We used them without any difficulty.

The Hotel Haven

Posted Dec 10, 2015
Pros: Just the friendly clean food all what you expected
Cons: No
Location: Lovely location
The Hotel was booked last minute as we had to fly out to see my grandson was seriously ill whilst on Holiday visiting his Brother. From the time we arrived The Hotel was so kind under the distress we were under .Could Not do enough for us Hertogenboshboshb what a lovely friendly place. My grandson has now come home to London Hospital for further treatment a very long Rd for him. The hospital could not given any more care than if he was in England . Thank you Holland from me and my family . Hope to return under different circumstances.

One day to see DenBosch

Posted Apr 21, 2015
Pros: Easy parking and not expensive. Quiet
Cons: Signage to make the hotel more visible from the street.
Location: In a business park, close to the freeway but somewhat far out from the center. Clearly intended as a business person's hotel
Nice hotel, but difficult to find in a business park. Close to a P&P lot, so good public transportation to the center on certain days of the week.

Great hotel, quiet location.

Posted Oct 6, 2014
Pros: Staff were top notch
Great hotel, quiet location, yet only a few minutes from town on the bus or the car. The staff were absolutely excellent in every way. The food in the restaurant was superb. By our standards breakfast was pricey at 20 Euros per head, but well worth it for the quality and the selection. I would love to go back.

Convenient hotel in a quiet and pleasant area

Posted Aug 31, 2014
Pros: Friendliness, cleanliness, location.
Cons: My only criticism, really, is that the whole dining area really could do with a modern interior design touch. I felt it was reflective of horrible lat
Location: This hotel was an excellent find. Situated in a pleasant and quiet part of the city, I found it was close enough to access the city centre and in part
This hotel was an excellent find. Situated in a pleasant and quiet part of the city, I found it was close enough to access the city centre and in particular - for me - close to the Motorail train station base. Taking only minutes to get to the station, I had plenty time to take a prior leisurely breakfast (although I didn't want breakfast that morning) and load my motorbike before leaving. I had a beautiful and large room with a very firm and comfy King size double bed. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. The hotel car park was not free but this actually added an excellent layer of peace-of-mind on the security of my m'bike. The staff also offered that I park my 'bike directly outside reception for extra safety. The evening meal / dinner was of excellent quality with the Caesar Salad being one of the best I've ever had.

Overnight stay

Posted Apr 24, 2012
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff
Cons: Location relative to town centre
Location: Basically located in an industrial office complex.
One night stay only so did not really get to know the hotel. Did not eat there. Checked in fairly early (09:30) and the room was ready for us without delay. Requested taxi to the event we were going to and done promptly, with added bonus that the hotel asked us if we would mind sharing with other guests going to the same venue, so reducing taxi costs. Free low spec internet was available, faster offered at a price. Reception allowed me (at their suggestion) to use reception PC to book museum tickets online and print out . Only hassle is location - nothing of any note within walking distance. Fine if you have own car. Taxi around 13-15 Euro from railway one way. If you don't know 's-Hertogenbosch well then print off a google map and give to the taxi driver as we were taken for a ride on first journey. Not the hotel's fault of course, but taxis are a feature of the location.
