The room was clean, cozy, and had a good view. The staff was friendly enough. The restaurant had great food. We had the reindeer, turbot, and grouse. The turbot and reindeer should not be missed if you are staying here. The atmosphere was quiet, pleasant, and quaint.

Lovely spot in Rjukan
The location of the hotel is right next to the river, a lovely spot to relax. It's not far by car to the Krossbanen (closed for 2024), the Gaustabanen, and the Norwegian Industrial Workers Museum. Staff are friendly and helpful. There are not too many dinner options nearby, but there are some, although ...
