The front desk staff were excellent. They were welcoming, helpful and all spoke English. The location is perfect if you want to see the Sagrada Familia as it’s right around the corner. The accommodations were pretty basic and a bit tired but if you’re only there for one night, it’s tolerable. The positives are the front desk staff, the breakfast is wonderful and can’t beat the location for the Sagrada Familia. One more thing, fantastic gem across the street for tapas, Pepetas, an absolute must go there!

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to give me detailed directions on how to get to my desired locations. They seamlessly handled storage of my luggage since I had arrived mid-morning and my room wouldn't be ready till mid afternoon. So I settled into the lobby to await the start time when I could meet my scheduled tour and they made certain I was comfortable during that wait time.

Less than a 5 minute walk from the Sagrada de Familia and all sorts of shopping, restaurants, etc. Also very close to the hop-on-hop-off bus stop for touring the city.

This hotel is in a great location near La Sagrada Familia and a walking distance from the center. Other than the cold setting turned off on the ac unit due to still being in winter time but they keep the room warm with the heater.

Very good basic hotel.
Good basic value for money hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and the room was basic but a good size. Would definitely use it again.

Comfortable Clean Hotel close to Sagrada Familia
Great location minutes away from Sagrada Familia, Metro station and a great selection of dining options. Rooms are small but very comfortable. My flight got in early morning and the Front Desk staff was very gracious about an early check in. Would definitely recommend for a comfortable stay.

Very Spartan Hotel but Clean and Comfortable Enoug
Very strict Covid Protocols with everyone masked and desk staff behind glass. Clean but intentionally lightly equipped hotel. For example No Room safe that I found; No water glasses in room. No Amenities except soap squeeze bottle in the shower and another near sink. Few wall plugs and none convenient to bed. Very thin but comfortable enough mattress. Only two pillows. Well located.

Great value for the price. Very clean, great breakfast at an extremely reasonable price. The hotel is very quiet and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable. The card-based security system works well. We have already recommended this hotel to a number of friends. While not in the centre of downtown, easy walking distance to the Sagrada Familia and both hop on hop off bus stops which are located there. Easy access to the subway. When travelling, we spend very little time in our room until after dinner. We were very satisfied with Ibis Barcelona Centro.

We like this area, near to Sagrada Familia in Eixample--feels more like a neighbourhood than a tourist area. Very good value for a city like Barcelona in our opinion. Very friendly staff. Keyed access to enter hotel. Room comfortable enough, but basic. Nice shower. No in-room safe, nor fridge. Great breakfast buffet. We paid extra to have it included (rates display on hotels.ca for no breakfast or breakfast included) and we thought it very odd that no one checked on any of our 3 days whether we had paid for it as we went for our food, nor did I see anyone being asked.

I like that the place was in the middle of the city as you can easily go into places. I just don’t seem to get why are not all the toiletries already available in our room upon arrival. We still need to go to the reception and ask for it. Even the bedroom slippers, it was not available or a bathrobe

Great budget hotel
Typical city break hotel, catering for people who need a clean and functional place to rest after long days in the city. Staff were friendly and helpful and room although small, was perfectly adequate for what we needed. Very close to Sagrada Familia and all transport links into the city. If you are looking for luxury and splendour this isn't it but it was great for what we needed. Would definitely stay again.

The staff is incredibly friendly. Breakfast starts at 4 am and last until noon which is so helpful for early birds and those who like to sleep in. The breakfast selection is a good one with many different options. It’s definitely the highlight of this hotel.
