Good for families, good location.Posted Aug 1, 2017
This apartment is great for families and has a good location. It needs USB ports, either in the outlets or the lamps. There is no way to charge mobile electronics. Also, it is fine that they don't change the towels for five days, however, they could put hooks on the back of the bathroom doors, so you could at least hang them. That would be very helpful.

Clean and comfortable living space. Central location and easy to access metro line. Loved being able to have our own space with a kitchen and laundry too.

location is very convenience , near the subwayPosted Jul 7, 2017
Pros: need some improvement work such as bath towel, light bulbs replacement, should provide one load clothing detergent for new coming customers.
Cons: the rooms are clean, but several light bulbs did not work, need to replace them. one is in bedroom, another is in living room.
Location: location is very good, convenience, near subway, and grocery shopping stores.
checking in process is hectic and the auto machine for checking in is not very user friendly.

Excellent LocationPosted Jul 5, 2017
Cons: A few more bit in the kitchen but that is being picky
Location: Lots of places to eat or buy food. No tourist attractions on the door but easy walk or hop on the metro (T10 ticket is 10 euros and you can share)
Location is ideal for those who want to experience Barcelona without hordes of tourists. Lots of local cafes, bars and supermarkets to stock up and then sit in your apartment with the patio doors flung open and watch the world go by from the little balcony, 15 to 20 minutes to the park and Magic Fountain, same time into the central old town. If you plan to travel further than that (e.g. Park Guell) then within a few minutes walk of one metro and slightly longer to another. E-mail the apartment for the pin code access before you arrive (I had a response in less than half an hour) and have a little patience with the automatic check in (there is a phone to call if you need help). Large lockers to leave you luggage if you need to before you travel home.

The apartment was very nice and the check in a little hairy, just be patient. The touch pad does not work very well, but the lockers for your luggage, if you get in early, are great. My disappointment came when i saw the Market Antoni is still under construction. The website really sells this location because of the Market and it is not anywhere near being done. La Plata for Tapas excellent!!!
Would not recommend this placePosted May 11, 2017 on Hotels
Enough space for family, but that is all this residence have. When doing self check-in, there is no english in the machine to pay city taxes. It took 30 minutes with waiting family beside. Taking a taxi was quite challenging as there is no space in front street due to construction. No sightseeings are close distance. Definitely not worth for the money.

Great location but no interaction with a humanPosted Apr 27, 2017 on Wotif
Pros: bathrooms were immaculately clean
Location: location was great - we walked everywhere
Great location, apartments are modern, clean and well maintained. Kitchen could have a few more supplies (only 6 knives, 6 spoons, 6 forks... no extras if some are in the dishwasher!). No interaction with a human being - check in is via a machine, which was a bit disconcerting! Also, we didn't have access to a phone and the front door is always locked with a phone number on the front of it to call in order to obtain the password to access the building... to then access the machine to check in! As we didn't have a phone, we had to ask the people at the cafe next door to call on our behalf (lovely people, they helped us out - would definitely recommend their cafe breakfasts). Perhaps this is the modern way of doing things, but I would prefer a friendly face and some local knowledge when you arrive in an unfamiliar city!

Great location for a relaxing city breakPosted Feb 26, 2017
Great apartment, clean and offers everything you would need. Location is fantastic with lots of local shops and places to eat, if you want central Barcelona you are only a 10 minute walk.
